2.4 Format of maps
The size of the sheet should not exceed the reach of the hands of a student sitting at a table. A small format map is easier to make and to read and master with imagination and memory, but contains little information. A larger format map is more difficult because of the greater amount of information. Consideration should be given to both the publishing capacity and the ability of the student in the target age group.
